Fortis Wealth Management does not sell insurance, annuities, or mortgages. If your plan points to one of those needs, Johnny offers life insurance and annuities separately as an independent licensed insurance agent, and mortgages separately through Total Financial Health, LLC. He's paid separately for those, which is a conflict of interest. You're never obligated to use him, and you're always free to work with any agent or lender you choose.

1. Intro Conversation: A relaxed, no-obligation chat in person, by phone, or by video.
2. Your Plan: We build a plan around your goals and walk through it together.
3. Ongoing Partnership: We manage your investments, meet regularly, and adjust as life changes. You'll talk with Johnny, not a call center.
Fees: We charge a percentage of the assets we manage, not commissions on trades. Your exact fee is outlined in your advisory agreement and our Form ADV Part 2A.
